1 Interpretation and Definitions

In this terms and conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated:

• "Platform" refers to the 99ply website, mobile application (if any), and all services operated under the domain 99ply.onl.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses 99ply services.
• "Account" refers to a player's personal account registered on the 99ply platform.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited into an account by a player for the purpose of betting.
• "Bonus" refers to credits or additional benefits granted by 99ply to players subject to certain conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount of bets that must be placed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "Services" refers to all games, sports, live casino, slots, arcade games and other features offered on the platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the 99ply platform, players must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 and above at the time of registration.
• Registering voluntarily and not under coercion or deception.
• Not currently on an active self-exclusion list.
• Providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the registration process, including full name, MyKad number and a valid mobile phone number.
• Not opening more than one (1) account on this platform. Multiple accounts by a single individual are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

99ply reserves the right to request identity verification documents from players at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in the account being suspended until the verification process is complete.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 99ply platform are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount for all methods is RM30.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 and processing takes between 5 to 30 minutes.
• Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.
• All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in the same player's name. Use of third-party accounts is prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if the player has not met the applicable bonus wagering requirements or if the identity verification process has not been completed.
• 99ply does not bear any fees charged by third-party payment service providers.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by 99ply are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The 99ply welcome bonus gives 200% of your first deposit up to a maximum of RM500. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM200, resulting in an account balance of RM300. The wagering requirement to be met is RM200 × 25 = RM5,000.
• For deposits of RM600 and above, the maximum bonus of RM500 still applies, giving a balance of RM1,100. The wagering requirement is RM500 × 25 = RM12,500.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus funds or winnings from those bonuses can be withdrawn.
• Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. Attempts to use multiple accounts to claim the bonus repeatedly will result in the cancellation of all related accounts and balances.
• 99ply reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the company's absolute discretion.
• Bonuses must be used within the time period specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

5 VIP Programme and Cashback

The 99ply VIP programme consists of four (4) tiers that provide weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.6%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 0.8%

VIP tier upgrades are based on a player's betting activity over time and are assessed by 99ply management. Cashback is automatically credited into the player's account on a set day each week.

99ply reserves the right to review or change the VIP programme structure at any time. Players will be notified via the platform or email if significant changes occur.

6 Player Responsibilities

As a 99ply player, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your account username and password confidential. 99ply is not responsible for unauthorised access resulting from a player's own negligence.
• Ensuring your account information is kept up to date, particularly your mobile phone number and email for verification and account recovery purposes.
• Reporting to customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Complying with local laws relating to online gambling activities in your area of residence.
• Not using automated software, bots or other unauthorised methods to gain an advantage in games.
• Setting personal betting limits and playing within your financial means. You can contact support 24/7 for assistance with responsible gambling.

7 Liability Limits and Disclaimer

99ply is not responsible for any losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions, server failures or internet connection issues beyond the platform's control.
• Errors or inaccuracies made by the player during the deposit, withdrawal or betting process.
• Losses incurred as a result of providing inaccurate or incomplete information during registration.
• Actions or omissions by third-party payment service providers.

All games on the 99ply platform use a certified and accredited Random Number Generator (RNG). Game results are entirely random and 99ply has no ability to influence them.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

99ply reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• The player is found to have provided false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• The player is proven to be under 21 years of age.
• The account is used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that violates the law.
• The player has breached any provision in these terms and conditions.
• There is suspicious betting activity or use of unauthorised strategies.

If an account is closed due to fraud, the balance in that account will be forfeited. For closures due to other reasons, any real money balance not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

9 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

99ply reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any significant amendments will be communicated to players via a notice on the platform or through their registered email. Continued use of the platform after notice has been given is considered acceptance of the updated terms. It is the player's responsibility to review this document from time to time.
